Point Beach Outline review Date:
Friday, February 26, 2021 8:31:37 AM I completed the Point Beach outline review and I have two comments. I discussed these with Jeffrey.
The requirement changed in Rev. 10 of NUREG-1021. The table that lists ES-301 changes from Rev 9, says
Throughout: All references to Emergency Procedures/Plan have been changed to Emergency Plan.
Emergency procedures were specifically removed from the description of topic 4 of SRO admin JPMs.
I pointed this out to Jeffrey and he said he will replace this JPM.
- 2. I also asked Jeffrey to come up with good bounding conditions for critical tasks.
He will run the events with no action and see if some bad thing happens (e.g.
unnecessary E-Plan requirement, orange or red path, or complication to mitigation strategy). I told him to call me if nothing bad happens.
