NRC to NextEra Energy Point Beach, LLC dated dated December 7, 2020 In accordance with the requirements listed in the referenced letter, NextEra Energy Point Beach, LLC (NextEra) is submitting the initial license examination for the Point Beach Nuclear Plant. This submittal is made in accordance with the provisions of NUREG-1021, "Operator Licensing Examination Standards for Power Reactors," Revision 11.
The initial license examinations are scheduled for the weeks of July 26 and Aug 2, 2021. The following materials are enclosed:
One (1) corrected Form ES-301 -1, Administrative Topics Outline (Senior Reactor Operator [SRO])
Two (2) corrected Forms ES-301-5, Transient and Event Checklist (one for team 1 and one for teams 2 & 3)
One (1) Form ES 301 -3, Operating Exam Quality Checklist One (1) Form ES-301-4, Simulator Scenario Quality Checklist Two (2) Forms ES-301-6, Competencies Checklists (one for team 1 and one for teams 2 & 3)
Eleven (11) Operational Job Performance Measures (JPMs)
Nine (9) Administrative JPMs Four (4) TR-AA-230-1003-F06 Forms, Simulator Exercise Guides, equivalent to Form ES-D-2 Required Operator Actions (one for each scenario)
One ( 1) ES 401 -6, Written Exam Quality Checklist One (1) RO Written Exam Key equivalent to Form ES-401-5 with Seventy Five (75) RO questions, along with supporting procedures, and one (1) RO Written Exam (ready to give).

U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Page2 One (1) SRO Written Exam Key equivalent to Form ES-401-5 with Twenty Five (25) SRO questions, along with supporting procedures, and one (1) SRO Written Exam (ready to give).
Pursuant to the provisions of NUREG-1021, Revision 11, these materials shall be withheld from public disclosure until after the examinations are complete.
