Hope Creek Generating Station (HCGS), Docket No. 50-354, License Amendment Request (LAR) H09-02§'. "License Amendment Request to Relocate the Reactor Recirculation System Motor-Generator (MG) Set Scoop Tube Stop Setting Surveillance" PSEG Nuclear LLC (PSEG) submitted the subject amendment request to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on July 30, 2009. The proposed amendment would relocate the Technical Specification surveillance requirements for the Reactor Recirculation System MG Set Scoop Tube Stop setpoints to the Technical Requirements Manual (TRM).The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering (NJ BNE) reviewed the request in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.91(b).
