"Order Approving Transfer of Licenses and Conforming Amendments Relating to Zion Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2," dated May 4, 2009 The purpose of this letter is to formally advise the NRC of and document recent changes to the executive management team at ZionSolutions, LLC (ZionSolutions) as previously provided in References 1 and 2. Reference 3 provided NRC approval of the transfer of Zion licenses from Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon) to ZionSolutions. The personnel changes do not constitute a substantive change to the organization as previously approved by NRC and maintain equivalent levels of qualifications and expertise.

During November 12-15, 2013, ZionSolutions informally notified NRC Region III and the NRC Office of Federal and State Materials and Environmental Management Programs of organizational changes involving an executive position identified in the License Transfer Application. Mr. John Sauger has been appointed General Manager of the Zion Restoration Project effective on November 21, 2013. Mr. Sauger's curriculum vitae is attached for your information.

Mr. Patrick Daly, formerly the project Senior Vice President and General Manager, will leave the project at that time for other duties with EnergySolutions, Inc., ZionSolutions, LLC's, parent company.

John Sauger John Sauger was appointed General Manager for the Zion Decommissioning Project starting November 21, 2013. Mr. Sauger has served in numerous leadership roles, managing and overseeing projects in both the United States and Canada. Prior to his appointment at Zion Station, Mr. Sauger served as Executive Vice-President at Bruce Power from March 2008 to January 2013, where he was responsible for capital projects, construction and site operations outside the nuclear island, radiation protection, industrial safety, electrical infrastructure and the corrective action program. From February 2004 to November 2007, Mr. Sauger was Senior Vice President of Shaw Environmental &

Infrastructure, A Shaw Group Company, where he was responsible for Federal Design and Construction, oversaw multimillion dollar business segments, drove an industry leading safety culture and implemented improvements in radiation safety for all nuclear projects. Mr. Sauger has over 30 years of experience in the nuclear industry, particularly in areas such as construction, operations, engineering and project management. Mr. Sauger was a member of several boards of directors, including the Electric Power Systems Construction Association and Ontario Provincial Safety Council.

Mr. Sauger served in the United States Navy Reserve, and received a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering from the Marine Maritime Academy.
