MAGNASTOR Storage System, Docket No. 72-1031, Amendment No. 3, Revision No. 1, dated February 1, 2016 Pursuant to 10 CPR 72.212(b)(2), ZionSolutions herewith provides notification that the 61 NAC-MAGNASTOR spent fuel storage casks loaded at Zion Nuclear Power Station (ZNPS) that were previously registered to Certificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 1031, Amendment 3 (Reference 1),

will now be registered to CoC No. 1031, Amendment 3, Revision 1 (Reference 2). The Revision 1 changes to CoC No. 1031 are addressed in Reference 3. A list of the Zion Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) registered vertical concrete casks (VCCs) along with their enclosed transportable storage canisters (TS Cs) is provided in the Attachment.

This letter contains no new or modified regulatory commitments.
