Submittal of Supplemental Licensee Event Report Number 2013-001-1, "Vendor Information Not Properly Classified or Controlled" The enclosed Licensee Event Report (LER) supplemental report is being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 73.71,"Reporting Safeguards Events" and 10 CFR 50.73, "Licensee Event Report system." LER 2013-001-0 issued on August 14, 2013 stated that a supplemental report would be issued by October 3i', 2013 to describe final identified corrective actions for the event discovered on June 16, 2013.
