Dear Sir or Madam:

On June 10, 2014, Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy) requested the NRC to issue an Order approving the transfers of control of the Facility Operating Licenses for River Bend Station Unit 1 (RBS) and Waterford 3 Steam Electric Station (Waterford) and conforming license amendments (Reference 1). The NRC approved this transfer in letter dated August 14, 2015 (Reference 2). Reference 3 notified the NRC that all required regulatory approvals had been obtained and the transaction date would be October 1, 2015. In accordance with Reference 2, NRC license NPF-38 for Waterford 3 was transferred from Entergy Louisiana, LLC to a new company of the same name, Entergy Louisiana, LLC. Entergy Operations, Inc. (EOI) remains the licensed operator of the station.

W3F1-2015-0085 Page 2 At the time of the transfer, the following licensing requests were pending before the NRC:

TAC No. Subject MF6459 Request to Revise the Control Element Assembly Drop Time ME7602 Request to Adopt NFPA 805 MF6451 Cyber Security Implementation Schedule MF6366 Request to Change Technical Specifications for the Relocation of Specific Surveillance Frequency Requirements to a Licensee Controlled Program These submittals were filed by EOI on its own behalf and on behalf of the former licensee, Entergy Louisiana, LLC. By this letter, EOI, on its own behalf and on behalf of the new licensee, Entergy Louisiana, LLC, adopts and endorses any outstanding licensing requests filed on behalf of the former licensee, and requests that the NRC continue to process those requests as if they had been filed by the new licensee.
