Dear Sir or Madam:

On May 29, 2007, the NRC notified the TSTF (Reference 1) that review of TSTF-446, Revision 2, "Risk Informed Evaluation of Extensions to Containment Isolation Valve Completion Times (WCAP-15791)" was being stopped and that the associated TAC (No. MD1808) was being closed as a retyped version of the supporting Topical Report, WCAP-15791, had not been received as expected from the Pressurized Water Reactor Owners Group (PWROG). The letter stated that work will recommence, if requested by the TSTF, once the NRC has received and accepted the revised Topical Report for review.

On May 25, 2007, the PWROG transmitted to the NRC the requested retyped version of WCAP-15791. Therefore, the TSTF requests that the NRC recommence their review of TSTF-446, Revision 2.

Any NRC review fees associated with the review of TSTF-446, Revision 2, should continue to be billed to the PWROG.

We request that the Traveler be made available under the Consolidated Line Item Improvement Process.
