Updated TSTF Membership and Distribution

Dear Sir or Madam:

The Technical Specifications Task Force (TSTF) would like to inform the NRC of changes to the TSTF membership and provide an updated distribution list. A new representative of the AP1000 Owners Group (APOG) has been named.

As of November 1, 2016, the TSTF membership is:

James R. Morris Representing Westinghouse Nuclear Steam Supply System (NSSS) plants and the Pressurized Water Reactor Owners Group (PWROG).

Mr. Morris is the Chairman of the PWROG Licensing Committee.

Lisa L. Williams Representing boiling water reactors and the BWROG. Ms. Williams is the Chairman of the BWROG Licensing Committee.

Otto W. Gustafson Representing Combustion Engineering NSSS plants and the PWROG.

Michael K. Leisure Representing Babcock & Wilcox NSSS plants and the PWROG.

Jason P. Redd Representing Westinghouse AP1000 plants and the APOG.

Brian D. Mann Technical coordinator for the TSTF and a non-voting member.

Mr. Mann is a vice president of Excel Services Corporation.

The updated distribution list is attached.
