Dresden Station Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, Revision 10 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54, "Conditions of liscenses," paragraph (p)(2), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) is submitting Revision 10 to the Dresden Station Security Plan. Changes to this Document were implemented on September 15, 2011. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), EGC is submitting these changes within 60 days of implementation.

The Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan has been revised to:

1. Identify on attachment drawings changes made to OCA Barrier configurations.

2. Change the referenced procedure number for the Supplemental Safeguards Contingency Plan.

EGC has concluded that the do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Dresden Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan.

Attachments 1 and 2 contain safeguards information. Therefore, EGC requests that this information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, "Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding," paragraph (d)(1), and 10 CFR 73.22, "Protection of Safeguards Information: Specific Requirements," paragraph (a)(1)(i).
