1) Letter from Patrick Louden (NRC) to Bryan Hanson, "Final Significance Determination of a White Finding with Assessment Follow-up and Notice of Violation Letter for Dresden Nuclear Power Station Unit 3," dated March 26, 2015.
2) Letter from Anne Boland (NRC) to Bryan Hanson, "Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Unit 2 and 3 Integrated Inspection Report 2015-002 and Preliminary White Finding," for Unit 2, dated August 7, 2015.

In the referenced letters, Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) was informed that based on the failure of the 2C and 3E electromatic relief valves (ERV), the NRC determined that Dresden Nuclear Power Station (DNPS) is in the Regulatory Response (Column Two) of the Reactor Oversight Process Action Matrix.

As a result of the White findings, the NRC plans to conduct a supplemental inspection in accordance with Inspection Procedure 95001, "Supplemental Inspection for One or Two White Inputs in a Strategic Performance Area." Additionally, the NRC requested EGC to provide notification of readiness for a supplemental inspection.

The purpose of this letter is to inform the NRC that EGC is ready for the supplemental inspection in accordance with Inspection Procedure 95001. Based on discussions with the NRC staff, EGC requests that the NRC begin the inspection in September 2015.

There are no regulatory commitments contained in this submittal.
