Notification of Completion of Corrective Actions

Reference:

Inspection Report 05000237/2014405; 05000249/2014405 "Inspection of Implementation of Interim Cyber Security Milestones 1-7," dated May 14, 2014.

In the referenced NRC Inspection Report the NRC requested notification of the method and date of closure for issues identified in the inspection. The inspection resulted in five Non-cited Violations (NCVs), all of which were granted enforcement discretion. The NCVs were entered into the Corrective Action Program (CAP) for resolution.

The purpose of this letter is to inform the NRC that all corrective actions related to the NCVs identified in Inspection Report 05000237/2014405; 05000249/2014405 were completed on November 12, 2015. All corrective actions have been tracked to completion in accordance with Dresden's Corrective Action Program.

There are no regulatory commitments contained in this submittal.
