Dresden Nuclear Power Station Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report.

In accordance with 10 CFR 72.44, "License conditions," paragraph (d)(3), this letter provides the annual radioactive effluent release report for the Dresden Nuclear Power Station (DNPS)

Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI). The 12-month monitoring period ended on July 23, 2008. Submittal of this report is required within 60 days of the end date of the monitoring period, i.e., by September 21, 2008.

During the 12-month period ended July 23, 2008, there were no radioactive effluents released from the DNPS ISFSI.
