Paragraph c; and Certificate of Compliance No. 1014, Appendix A, Section 5.4, "Radioactive Effluent Control Program," Paragraph c, this letter provides the annual radioactive effluent release report for the Dresden Nuclear Power Station (DNPS) Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI). The 12-month monitoring period ended on July 23, 2005.

Submittal of this report is required within 60 days, (i.e., by September 21, 2005).

For the annual period ending July 23, 2005, there were no radioactive effluents released from the DNPS ISFSI during the previous 12 months of operation.
