NRC Email Request for Additional Information Regarding Quad-Cities Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2 Fukushima Lessons Learned - Flood Hazard Reevaluation Report, dated October 6, 2015 On March 12, 2012, the NRC issued Reference 1ito all power reactor licensees and holders of construction permits in active or deferred status. Enclosure 2 of Reference 1 requested that each licensee perform a reevaluation of external flooding sources and report the results in accordance with the NRC's prioritization plan. Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGO) submitted the flood reevaluation for Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2 in Reference 2.

The purpose of this letter is to provide supplemental information in response to the NRC request for additional information (Reference 3). The enclosure to this letter provides the electronic CD containing the following reports requested by Reference 3:

1. AWA ssPMP Main Report for Quad Cities (QDC-0085-S-1 989, Attachment 2)
2. AWA ssPMP LIP Calculation Package for Quad Cities (QDC-0000-S-2131)

U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission October 28, 2015 Page 2 This letter contains no new or revised regulatory commitments.
