Letter from P. R. Simpson (Exelon Generation Company, LLC) to U.S. NRC, "Submission of Standard Practice Procedure Plans and Foreign Ownership Control or Influence Package," dated July 2, 2014 In the Reference, Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) submitted an updated Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) package to the NRC for review for the nuclear power plants listed above. In accordance with 10 CFR 95.17, "Processing facility clearance," EGC is notifying the NRC of a change that affects information included in the Reference. Specifically, effective September 30, 2014, Exelon Ventures Company, LLC, was dissolved, and Exelon Generation Company, LLC, is now a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Exelon Corporation. A copy of the Certificate of Cancellation of Exelon Ventures Company, LLC, is attached.
