Subsequently, in Reference 2, Balch & Bingham, LLP, acting on behalf of Exelon Corporation, submitted a request for withdrawal of that application.

This letter serves to confirm the statement of request for withdrawal of the Exelon Corporation application for approval of indirect transfer of control of licenses, documented in Reference 2.
