The plan revision implements changes to incorporate the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, Units Nos. 1 and 2, Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation and to correct administrative errors. The plan changes are consistent with Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) 03-12, Template for the Security Plan, Training and QualificationPlan, Safeguards Contingency Plan,[and Independent Spent Fuel Storage InstallationSecurity Program],Revision 6. An evaluation of the plan revision in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), 10 CFR 72.44(e), and 10 CFR 72.186(b) has determined that the changes incorporated do not reduce the effectiveness of the plans and that the consolidated fleet plans, as a whole, continue to meet the standards of 10CFR 73.51 and 10 CFR 73.55, as applicable, for the facilities listed above. The changes described in this submittal were effective on June 29, 2010.
