The Nuclear Regulatory Commissions task force that examined information regarding the nuclear accident at Japans Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear power plant, following the March 11 earthquake and tsunami, will discuss its recent report and recommendations with the public on July 28 in Rockville, Md.

The task force will meet with a variety of stakeholders, including the public and advocacy groups, from 1-4 p.m. in the Commission Meeting Room on the first floor of One White Flint North, 11555 Rockville Pike in Rockville. The task force will present its report and recommendations, followed by an opportunity for the participants to ask clarifying questions regarding the task forces work and conclusions.

The meeting will be Webcast, and a toll-free teleconference will also be available.
