Dear Sir or Madam:

In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q), Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. is supplementing the referenced submittal to include Revision 4 of the Palisades Nuclear Plant (PNP) On-shift Staffing Analysis (OSA) (Attachment 1). It was identified that the referenced submittal had omitted the PNP OSA, Revision 4, as well as the summary of the analysis for the changes in the PNP Site Emergency Plan (SEP), Revision 29, which is required by 10 CFR 50.54(q)(5). to this supplement includes the summary of the analysis for the changes in the PNP SEP, Revision 29, and in the PNP OSA, Revision 4.

This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
