Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q), "Emergency plans," Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (ENO) submitted Revision 28 of the Palisades Nuclear Plant (PNP) Site Emergency Plan (SEP) in Reference 1.
This supplement is necessary because the copy of the PNP SEP revision that was submitted in Reference 1 contained a typographical error in which a page of information was inadvertently omitted. The omitted information has been restored in the attached updated copy of Revision 28 of the PNP SEP. The attached updated copy of Revision 28 of the PNP SEP supersedes the copy of PNP SEP Revision 28 provided in Reference 1 in its entirety.
Restoration of the omitted information in the updated PNP SEP did not affect the determination by ENO that the effectiveness of the PNP SEP is not decreased by the changes in PNP SEP Revision 28.
This letter contains no new or revised commitments.
