Dear Sir or Madam:

On February 23, 2015, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued a greater than green finding to Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (ENO) for a violation of radiation protection activities at the Palisades Nuclear Plant (PNP) (Reference 3).

The NRC requested that ENO provide notification when PNP is prepared to undergo the supplemental 95001 inspection to review the root cause and actions taken in response to the violation. This letter provides notification that ENO is prepared for that inspection.
