Dear Sir or Madam:

Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (ENO) plans to have Mr. David Repka, an attorney at the law firm Winston & Strawn LLP, attend the March 25, 2016 ADR meeting referenced above. Mr.

Repka conducted an independent investigation of the events relating to the apparent violations and is representing ENO in that capacity. Mr. Repka is authorized by ENO to attend and participate in the ADR meeting on its behalf.

This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
