PLA-7245, T. S. Raitsch (PPL Susquehanna, LLC) to U.S. NRC, "Response to Request for Additional Information Re: Application for Approval of Indirect Transfer of Control,"
dated October 24, 2014 (Accession No. ML14311A672).
The purpose of this letter is to clarify the PPL Susquehanna, LLC (PPL) response to Request for Additional Information (RAI) 4 in the referenced submittal. RAI 4 requested that certain documents provided to the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PA PUC) on July 30, 2014 be provided to the NRC as well. In the referenced submittal, PPL provided those documents in Attachment 4 (non-proprietary, suitable for public disclosure) and Attachment 5 (proprietary), in the same form as was provided to the PA PUC, in order to facilitate its validation. When combined, Attachments 4 and 5 provide all of the information requested in RAI 4.
The Enclosure to this letter provides an updated Attachment 5 in the form of a CD with each page marked as proprietary in accordance with 10 CFR §2.390; no other changes have been made. Accordingly, the Affidavit provided in Attachment 1 of the referenced submittal remains valid. The updated Attachment 5 supersedes the previous one in its entirety.
There are no new regulatory commitments associated with this response.
