Please see attached a revised copy of the RAIs that were initially sent to you via the e-mail below. These RAIs were revised based on discussions between PPL and the NRC staff.

The initial set of RAIs can be found in ADAMS at Accession Nos. ML14342A808 and ML14342A813.

Please let me know if you have any further questions, or would like to set up a conference call with the NRC staff to discuss the changes made to the RAIs.

SUSQUEHANNA STEAM ELECTRIC STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 - DRAFT REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION RE: APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF INDIRECT TRANSFER OF CONTROL OF LICENSES (TAC NOS. MF4426 AND MF4427)

Dear Mr. Sgarro:

By letter dated July 11, 2014, (Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML14195A110) as supplemented by letters dated October 24, 2014 (ADAMS Accession No. ML14311A681), and November 6, 2014 (ADAMS Accession No. ML14311A292), PPL Susquehanna, LLC (PPL), submitted a Request for review and approval of an indirect transfer of control of PPLs interests in Facility Operating License Nos. NPF-14 and NPF-22 for the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and

2.

2 The NRC staff has reviewed the information submitted by the licensee, and based on this review, determined additional information is required to complete the assessment of the submitted information. Please find attached a DRAFT copy of the NRC staffs additional information request. These DRAFT RAIs are being sent to you to ensure that the questions are understandable, the regulatory basis for the questions are clear, and to determine if the information was previously docketed. Please notify me by Thursday, December 11, 2014, if you desire to hold a teleconference to discuss the questions. The NRC staff will request a response to the RAIs within 30 days of the formal NRC RAI transmittal letter.
