By letter dated July 11, 2014 (Reference 1), PPL Susquehanna, LLC (PPL Susquehanna) submitted an Application for Approval of Indirect Transfer of Control of the Licenses for the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2 in accordance with Section 184 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, 10 CFR § 50.80, and 10 CFR § 72.50.
The purpose of this letter is to update information provided in PPL Susquehanna's Application and a previous RAI response (Reference 2) regarding Riverstone's Board of Managers.
On page 7 of Enclosure 1 to the Application, and in response to RAI 2 of Reference 2, information is provided regarding the Board of Managers for Riverstone Energy GP V, LLC. John Browne, a citizen of the United Kingdom, is no longer a member of the board. He is not being replaced at this time. Therefore, all members of the Board of Managers for Riverstone Energy GP V, LLC are now U.S. citizens.
There are no new regulatory commitments associated with this response.
