In the above reference, Nebraska Public Power District received the Cooper Nuclear Station inspection report for the 2014 Force-on-Force inspection. The purpose of this letter is to contest the non-cited violation (NCV) 2014202-1 for failure to comply with 10 CFR 73.55(k)(5)(iii).

The basis for the denial of this NCV is provided in the attachment to this letter.

There are no commitments contained in this letter.
