Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) operates the Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant (Farley) Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) in accordance with the general license provisions of 10 CFR 72.210. The requirements of 10 CFR 72.212(b)(2) include the registration of a spent fuel cask within 30 days of using a cask for the storage of spent nuclear fuel. Accordingly, SNC provides the following registration information associated with two (2) HI-STORM 100 spent fuel cask systems recently placed into storage.

Cask Certificate: 72-1014, Amendment 9 R1 Cask Model: HI-STORM 100S, Version B MPC Serial Number 476 478 Overpack Serial Number: 1078 1080 Number of Fuel Bundles: 32 32 Placed in Service: March 13, 2020 March 27, 2020 The addition of the above casks results in the following totals for the Farley ISFSI:
