Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) operates the Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant (Hatch) Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) in accordance with the general license provisions of 10 CFR 72.210. The requirements of 10 CFR 72.212(b)(2) include the registration of a spent fuel cask within 30 days of using a cask for the storage of spent nuclear fuel. Accordingly, SNC provides the following registration information associated with the HI-STORM 100 spent fuel cask systems recently placed into storage.

Cask Certificate: 72-1014, Amendment 9 Cask Model: HI-STORM 1OOS, Version 8 MPG Serial Number: 480 Overpack Serial Number: 857 Number of Fuel Bundles: 68 Placed in Service: August 19, 2016 The addition of the above cask results in the following totals for the Hatch ISFSI:
