Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) operates the Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant (Hatch) Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) in accordance with the general license provisions of 10 CFR 72.210. The requirements of 10 CFR 72.212(b)(2) include the registration of a spent fuel cask within 30 days of using a cask for the storage of spent nuclear fuel. Accordingly, SNC provides the following registration information associated with the HI-STORM 100 spent fuel cask systems placed into storage on July 27, 2012 and August 17, 2012.
