Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) in Letter NL-11-1628, dated December 19, 2011 ,

proposed to revise the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant (VEGP) Unit 2 Technical Specification (TS), Appendix A to Operating License NPF-81 (specifically, TS 3.7 .14) in accordance with 10 CFR 50 .90.

In the course of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC) review of that proposed TS change, a need for certain engineering drawings was recognized by the NRC staff, and a request for those drawings was made to SNC. Pursuant to that request, please find the enclosed subject drawings.

As noted in its initial proposed TS revision , SNC requests that the proposal be reviewed and approved on or before December 21, 2012, such that the revised TS can be applied prior to the refueling outage scheduled to begin on March 10, 2013.
