Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., (ENO), re-submitted the Indian Point Security Plan, Reference 1, with responses to requests for additional information (RAls) incorporated. Entergy received additional information regarding Security Plan changes in Reference 2 and discussed other changes with the NRC on September 17, 2004. This letter re-submits the plan in its entirety in Attachment 1 to address these changes. The submittal consists of this letter and a single CD-ROM. The CD-ROM contains two files, each presented in pdf format:
