Dear Sir:
Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., (ENO), has responded to requests for additional information (RAIs) (References 1 through 4). Our responses to these RAls (References 5 through 11) identified changes to the Security Plan submitted for NRC review on April 29, 2004. This letter re-submits the plan in its entirety in Attachment 1. The language presented in our responses has been incorporated into the plan. During our final review changes were identified that were not addressed in our prior correspondence. These changes were editorial and substantive in nature. Attachment 2 identifies substantive changes and where they have been previously accepted by NRC. The submittal consists of this letter and a single CD-ROM. The CD-ROM contains four files each presented in pdf format:
