Dear Sir:

Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., (ENO) responded in References 1 and 2 to NRC letters dated June 16 and June 25, 2004 containing requests for additional information (RAls) regarding ENO's April 29, 2004 responses to Order EA-03-086. In the responses we noted that the plan was based on NEI-03-12, "Template for the Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan" Revision 1, as approved by the staff in a letter from Roy P. Zimmerman to Steven D. Floyd dated June 10, 2004. ENO also stated that, where template language was involved, ENO would adopt revised language once agreement had been reached between the industry Security Working Group (SWG) licensee representatives and the staff. ENO is submitting revised responses in this letter to reflect agreements reached to date, to indicate where outstanding items still exist, and to docket changes agreed to in a teleconference with the NRC Staff on July 20, 2004. provides the supplemental response to the Reference 1 and 2 responses to NRC requests for additional information regarding Security Plan Sections 1-19.

This letter contains no new commitments. If you have any questions or require additional information, please contact Mr. Patric W. Conroy, Manager, Licensing at (914) 734-6668.
