Note: Agencies may treat three discrete categories of law enforcement and national security records as not subject to the FOIA ("exclusions"). See 5 U.S.C. 552(c). This is a standard notification given to all requesters; it should not be taken to mean that any excluded records do, or do not, exist.

Upon receipt of your request on June 23, 2025, we reached out to clarify what you are looking for, given that any member of the public can search for RAIs and licensee responses in the NRC's official record repository, Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS]. You explained that you were hoping to obtain a listing similar to one you had located on the Nuscale US600 project page, which set forth the question number, tech branch, question status, question type SRP section, response dates and accession numbers, for the Oklo Aurora and Kairos Hermes applications. Based on that clarification, we tasked the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) to ascertain whether such listings existed, or could readily be extracted from existing databases. NRR staff informed us that no such listings existed or could be extracted. However, they called to our attention the following:

Below are ADAMS accession numbers for RAI responses and audit summaries for the 2020 Oklo Aurora combined operating license application (docket 05200049). Oklo has not yet submitted a second application for the Aurora reactor to the NRC.
