Saint George, UT, 84790 Email:raspotts2@gmail.com General Comment I think nuclear power is still too risky and dangerous. There is the potential for catastrophic meltdowns and there is no reliable storage for radioactive waste. Many billions of public funds have been wasted on nuclear power. These funds would be much better spent to advance proven and reliable clean alternative energy sources. For San Onofre, there is the added risks of sea level rise, severe ocean storms, and severe earthquakes. Environmental conditions are changing and there is no way to prevent potential human errors or sabotage. Thanks for considering my comments.
