Quick question - can you send a courtesy copy (WORD file) of the PDF Attachment 2 (proposed CoC Tech Specs) to me?
Also, please confirm that attachment 2 for Amd. 18 builds from the TS for Amd 16 (i.e., I am assuming that attachment 2 includes all accepted changes proposed for Amd 16 and only includes rev bar indicated changes made for Amd. 18).
