- Wayne, I the telecon today, NRC requested two items.
- 1. Provide the uncertainty in the keff values from the licensing report for using Metamic in the new racks.
The uncertainty in the keff values from the licensing report are as follows:
Reactivity of case with Boral: 0.91062 +/- 0.0008 Reactivity of case with Metamic: 0.90929 +/-
0.0008 The reference for the boron depletion is:
"Final Safety Analysis Report for the HI-STORM 100 Cask System", Holtec Report HI-2002444, Revision 7, USNRC Docket 72-1014, pgs 6.3-3 to 6.3-4.
