As mentioned in earlier communications, we still have questions on proposed change #10 and its associated changes in the CoC conditions. After many internal discussions, we have developed the attached proposed languages for CoC Condition 3. In the interest of time, I am also sharing the proposed languages with our inspectors and attorneys for their review.
