The revision includes changes for consistency with the renewed reactor license technical specifications, ANSI/ANS 15.16-2015 Emergency Planning for Research Reactors, and Regulatory Guide 2.6 Emergency Planning for Research Reactors. The changes are deemed not to decrease the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan. The revised plan continues to meet the requirements of Appendix E of 10CFR50.
The changes will be implemented effective on the date of this letter.
