Facility License No. R-125 Docket No. 50-223 UMLRR Physical Security Plan - Revision 7 The purpose of this letter is to provide a description of changes made to the Physical Protection Plan for Category I Quantity of Radioactive Material for the University of Massachusetts Lowell Research Reactor.
Under the heading of Description of Radioactive Material in the plan, the quantity and description of the material have been updated to match that of paragraph 2.B.(3c) of License R-125.
The changes are deemed not to decrease the effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan. The revised plan continues to meet the requirements of 10CFR 37.
