Supplement to UMass Lowell letter dated 12/19/2019 in response to letter from NRC (ADAMS Ascension No ML19296E279) dated 10/30/2019.

In our letter dated 12/19/2019, UMass Lowell made a request that the Thermo Fisher Scientific Neutron Flux Monitor Instruction Manual No. 1126 For UMASS Lowell, if submitted to NRC by UMass Lowell, be withheld from public disclosure under the provisions of 10 CFR 2.390(b). This request is hereby rescinded.

We hereby state the aforementioned document shall be incorporated by reference in the final version of SAR Chapter 7 as revised (reference also ADAMS Ascension No. ML19100A273).
