9388, Revision No. 0, for the Model No. DN30- X package. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staffs safety evaluation report is also enclosed.
This approval constitutes authority to use the package for shipment of radioactive material and for the package to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 173.471.
