Proprietary application for the DN30-X package
Dear Mr. Saverot,
DAHER NUCLEAR TECHNOLOGIES GmbH (DAHER NT) hereby submits an application for a Type AF certificate of approval for the DN30-X package consisting of the DN30 Protective Struc-tural Packaging (already licensed as part of the DN30 package in USA/9362/AF-96) and a 30B-X cylinder, which is based on a standard 30B cylinder according to ANSI N14.1, filled with uranium hexafluoride with an enrichment up to 20 %.
All information concerning this package has been consolidated in the Safety Analysis Report 0045-BSH-2021-001-Rev0. This SAR is based on the SAR for the DN30 package design 0023-BSH-2016-002.
Part of the information in this submittal is being withheld from public disclosure because it contains information proprietary to DAHER NT. The affidavit for withholding from public disclosure is docu-mented in 0045-SVK-2021-003, submitted jointly with this application.
