The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is publishing the following document in the Federal Register:

Title:

List of Approved Spent Fuel Storage Casks: TN Americas LLC, NUHOMS EOS Dry Spent Fuel Storage System Certificate of Compliance No. 1042, Amendment No. 3.

Description of the document: This rule amends the NRCs regulations on spent fuel by revising the TN Americas LLC, NUHOMS EOS Dry Spent Fuel Storage System listing within the list of approved spent fuel storage casks to include Amendment No. 3 to the Certificate of Compliance. Key features of Amendment No. 3 are adding a variable-lead thickness transfer cask, adding ATRIUM 11 fuel as an allowable content, and allowing ultrasonic testing of the outer top cover plate weld.

Dates: The effective date of this rule is 75 days after publication, unless the NRC receives a significant adverse public comment.
