In accordance with 10 CFR 72.248(a)(1), TN Americas LLC herewith submits the UFSAR, Revision 5 for the CoC 1042 NUHOMS EOS System for docketing.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 72.248(c)(5), this update to the UFSAR incorporates changes to the NUHOMS EOS System implemented by TN Americas LLC under 10 CFR 72.48 since the submittal of UFSAR Revision 4 (Reference) on June 17, 2022 through July 17, 2023. This update also includes incorporation of CoC 1042 Amendment 3.
I certify that this submittal accurately presents changes made from June 18, 2022, up to and including July 17, 2023.
In addition, TN Americas LLC hereby submits a 10 CFR 72.48 summary report pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 72.48(d)(2). The last 10 CFR 72.48 summary report was provided in the Reference 2 submittal. Enclosure 4 provides a brief description of changes, tests, and experiments, including a summary of the 10 CFR 72.48 evaluation of each change implemented from February 1, 2022, to Enclosures transmitted herein contain SUNSI. When separated from enclosures, this transmittal document is decontrolled.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, Enclosure 1 provides an affidavit specifically requesting that you withhold this proprietary information from public disclosure. This submittal also includes security-related information, which should be withheld under 10 CFR 2.390. The proprietary version of the UFSAR is provided as Enclosure 2. The public version is provided as Enclosure 3.
