Urenco USA (UUSA) Plan of Actions and Milestones for Classified Systems Update
Reference:
- 1) NRC Interim Authority to Operate Extension Till March 1, 2023 and Approval of the Supporting Plan of Actions and Milestones dated July 27, 2022 In Reference 1, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) provided Louisiana Energy Services, LLC, dba Urenco USA (UUSA), interim authority to operate (IATO) its classified cyber networks. This IATO has six general conditions one specific condition.
In accordance with the General Conditions of the IATO, UUSA is providing the AO and CISO the quarterly system update for the Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) for Classified Systems. This POA&M also notes the method and status to include the PLCs and RMUs in to the system inventory per Specific Condition (a) of Reference 1. Enclosure 1 provides the POA&M. contains Security Related Information and should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1) and RIS 2005-31.
