This submittal provides updated information regarding Foreign Ownership, Control or Influence (FOCI) for STP Nuclear Operating Company (STPNOC) for one of the three owners of South Texas Project, Units 1 and 2, in accordance with 10 CFR 95.17. to this letter advises the NRC of changes in the required form that identifies owners, officers, directors, and executive personnel of the South Texas Project Units 1 and 2 in accordance with 10 CFR 95.17. Attachment 2 provides an updated Standard Form 328, Certificate Pertaining to Foreign Interest for NRG Energy. Attachment 3 provides Supplemental Information for Certificate Pertaining to Foreign Interests.
