-TSUP TER should be released to you. This would serve as an aid in developing a suitable set of defueling Technical Specifications. At this time, the TER -

should be considered as a' working draft. The staff will in general accept the findings of the TER, but still would conduct a review of your proposed defueling Technical Specifications'against the proof and review copy submittals.
