-TSUP TER should be released to you. This would serve as an aid in developing a suitable set of defueling Technical Specifications. At this time, the TER should be considered as a' working draft. The staff will in general accept the findings of the TER, but still would conduct a review of your proposed defueling Technical Specifications'against the proof and review copy submittals.
