FORT ST. YRAIN NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION, AMENDMENT NO. 75 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. DPR-34 (TAC N0. 56565)

The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 75 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-34 for the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Station. This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications (TS) in response to your application dated September 14, 1989 as revised December 4, 1989.

i; The amendment upgrades the TS for Fuel Handling and Storage.

A copy of the related safety evaluation is enclosed. The Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's next regular biweekly Federal Register notice.
